How scholarships work in Arunachal Pradesh
Most students in Arunachal Pradesh are from Scheduled Tribes, so the central post-matric ST scholarship on NSP is the main support. The state Department of Education also runs pre-matric stipends and the national merit scholarships for school students.
Many Arunachal students study in Assam, Delhi or other states. They still apply for the post-matric ST scholarship on NSP, but their institute in the other state verifies the form, so keep your APST certificate and income certificate in digital form to upload from anywhere.
