How scholarships work in Madhya Pradesh

Madhya Pradesh has the MP Scholarship Portal 2.0 for most schemes, and one of India's biggest merit-based fee schemes, the Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana (MMVY), which pays full fees for top students in professional courses.

In Madhya Pradesh the Samagra ID links your family to every welfare scheme, including scholarships. If your Samagra profile has a wrong name, date of birth or caste, fix it at the gram panchayat or ward office before applying, because the scholarship portal pulls data directly from it.
